While AA emphasizes healing through steps and sponsorship, I AM AND ME takes a different approach. Our program centers on a creator and the person you see in the mirror every day. Instead of sponsors, we foster accountability through small, supportive groups of women who uplift and hold each other accountable together. This connection-based focus creates a unique environment for growth and self-discovery.
Yes, but our prices are more affordable than traditional sobriety facilities. We understand that most women have responsibilities they can’t simply step away from for 30 days to a year. That’s why we offer flexible pricing options, including daily rates as well as weekly and monthly meeting packages. It’s an investment in self-growth and healing, rather than in destruction.
Not at all! This program is designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. We don’t want you to feel pressured or fear failure if you can’t attend regularly. We’re here when you need us and will work with you to make it fit your life. That said, consistency often leads to greater success. Spending time with like-minded women fosters healing and growth—two is always better than one. The more you engage, the more knowledge and strength you gain to overcome challenges, rather than just fighting and caving in.

At I AM AND ME, we focus on a loving and forgiving Creator—one who uplifts rather than condemns or judges. Our approach emphasizes a process of healing. While we believe our Creator can instantly heal you from alcoholism, we also value the journey of change as you learn, grow, and discover that you are not alone. Life will still present challenges, but with belief in your Creator, yourself, and the support of tools and like-minded women, transformation becomes possible. We avoid rigid frameworks, encouraging empowerment and personal discovery as you find strength and hope.
