We are men and women from every walk of life who decided that good enough wasn't good enough anymore. Corporate leaders and stay-at-home parents. People rebuilding after recovery and people chasing bigger dreams. The ones who finally said — there has to be more than this.

I AM AND ME is a faith-rooted personal development community built around one belief — every person is created on purpose, for a purpose. We combine the proven principles of John Maxwell's leadership framework with a genuine community of people who show up for each other. We serve corporate leaders, professionals, and individuals ready to grow intentionally — and those rebuilding their lives after addiction. Recovery is part of our story. But it's one chapter, not the whole book.

Our ultimate goal is to empower you to live your daily life while dedicating some time and resources to yourself—a small yet meaningful investment in your journey to strength and freedom. Over time, you’ll become firmly grounded in your roots, leaving past challenges behind as though they belong to another life entirely. Along the way, you’ll build lifelong friendships with others who walk this journey with you, supporting one another to grow and celebrating each accomplishment together.
