About Us

We are I am and me

I AM AND ME is a faith-rooted personal development organization based in the greater Atlanta area, serving men and women who are ready to live with purpose, clarity, and intention. We believe that real transformation — the kind that sticks — doesn't happen by accident. It happens when truth meets community, and when people are finally given the tools, the space, and the permission to become who they were created to be.

Our ultimate goal is to empower you to live your daily life while dedicating some time and resources to yourself—a small yet meaningful investment in your journey to strength and freedom. Over time, you’ll become firmly grounded in your roots, leaving past challenges behind as though they belong to another life entirely. Together, we create a community of transformation, resilience, and joy.

We believe that real transformation - the kind that sticks - doesn't happen by accident. It happens when truth meets community, and when people are finally given the tools, the space, and the permission to become who they were created to be.

Everything we do is built on a faith foundation. We believe the greatest leader who ever lived was Jesus Christ, and that the principles He modeled – servanthood, integrity, intentional living, love – are the same principles that build great people and great organizations.ok

Our anchor verse is Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Whatever season you are in - that promise is for you. We also remind you of the wilderness experience before this verse was promised.

We serve three communities: Individuals in personal growth who know they were made for more, rehabs and recovery facilities looking to bring intentional living into their programs, and corporate leaders and teams who want to build stronger, healthier organizations.

Whatever brought you here – you’re in the right place.

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Philippians 4:13

That truth is for every person who walks through our doors – regardless of where they’ve been or what they’ve been through.
